Crappy Flu

So I think I had either a Flu or food poisoning It didn't feel like the flu all that was wrong was I was throwing up like crazy and was dead tired since I had been up all night at work. about 1pm I finally stopped throwing up and was doing a bit better. thank goodness for Kaylie she got home from school at 2 since it was a short day and she watched all the kids so I could sleep and when Shan got home later I was feeling so much better from getting sleep.

I have to wonder if it was the flu since the next night Stockton woke me up coughing like crazy and then he threw up 2 times. then was done. was thinking his was just from coughing so much till tonight.

Kendra and Kalista both in separate rooms started throwing up just minutes apart. and they are still throwing up. hopefully it wont last long because I worked last night and only got about 4 hours of sleep today due to Dr appointments. and I am extremely tired and grouchy.

I'm sure none of you care to read about my throw up stories but oh well enjoy. I have to tell someone and you choose to read my blog so you choose to read about it. :)

Halloween Picture

 

So Shan took the kids trick or treating and I stayed home to give out the candy. Hardly anybody came I'd say maybe 20 kids total if that so I was giving out 2 candies to each kid. Turns out that's what everyone was doing and since there was no trunk or treating this year more people were home giving out candy. My kids came home with there buckets completely full and they were gone maybe an hour and didn't leave the cul-de-sac, which normally we have to leave to get more candy and they still only fill there buckets half way.
so I'd say they made out pretty well this year.

Pumpkins

So we carved pumpkins last night. and I forgot to take pictures so I went outside tonight and took pictures of the finished products. from left to right. Kaylie's Wolf howling at the moon, Kendra's Mummy, Kalista's Cat, Stockton's Bat sitting on a pumpkin.

Halloween Fun

So the first 2 weekends in October the kids got to do some fun activities. the first weekend they decorated pumpkins with their Grandma Gwen, Grandpa Tim, and Aunt Brandy. which they all had a blast doing, they were so proud of their pumpkins.




Then the next weekend we made sugar cookies and decorated them. and again Gwen, Tim and Brandy came over to help decorate them. they all had fun and enjoyed eating the toppings and frosting while decorating and they enjoyed eating some of them afterwards.
I didn't decorate any while they were all decorating I was busy making more icing cuz I didn't make enough the first time. so I decorated the few cookie that were left over at the end.

Gonna try to keep posting

So I haven't blogged in awhile obviously but I'm gonna try to do it again. but you have to bear with me cuz I have a very trouble making 2 year old and a computer hogging 9 year old so I don't have much time to blog.

Jenny's Birthday

So I decided I really wanted to see Jenny and her kids, so since her birthday was Friday the 21st. I decided to be nice and throw her a birthday party. I decorated my kitchen up kinda cute with stuff to entertain the kids, bought cupcakes, ice cream and presents. she came along with Shelley, Hannah and Missy and we had a party, it was fun. I'm glad I gave her a party, she had a good time and all the kids got to play with their cousins they haven't seen for awhile. I also enjoyed that I got to hang out with her and just sit and chat which I haven't been able to do for what seems like forever and I was missing that. so I would say over all we had a great time.

Under Construction

Sorry all my blog is kinda under construction right now. I will fix it up when I find the time. just to busy to finish fixing it right now.

Camcorder

So my Husband found the camcorder the other night. which I have found many times but every time I find it I charge it and try to use it and something on it doesn't work. so I told my husband that if he can find the charger he can try it but it wont work. so of course he found the charger, charged it and it works just fine for him. which is very happy for us cuz now we can record our kids lives again.
I didn't realize though how much of a camera man my husband would be. he keeps taking and recording the kids, he even makes comments on whats going on and stuff like that he is quite the camera man. which is different from me since I don't like to talk on the camera since I don't like how my voice sounds on camera. I think its cool that he's doing that.
